The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen is great for longer stays and they provided kitchenware including pans, utensils, a toaster and washing liquid if needed. The coffee in the morning was also a plus.

Staff was very friendly and the room was reasonable for the price. The location was pretty good and there was good parking available.

I liked the spacious room and appreciated having a kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved that I could adjust the room temperature — it made the stay very cozy.

The full kitchen was great! I will look for Extended Stay suites on future trips for the convenience of having a full kitchen.

This was an affordable option near the hospital in Redwood City where I was visiting a relative who had surgery. The staff was friendly. There was a simple breakfast, and I had a kitchen in my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

accommodating staff. I was there for a medical procedure and had specific needs such as no allergens and wood floors. They found us a double Queen with only wooden floors and when I needed a second room, the desk clerk showed us at least 7 other rooms. They were patient and helpful.

Location to public transportation, room 112 good size with full refrigerator just right for 2 adults and 2 kids under 11, free parking

I like that is a studio. Having a kitchen some time is efficient.

Kitchen was nice and clean. Storage was plentiful. Staff we encountered (incl. Timmy, Kassandra and 1 extra) were especially pleasant and accommodating.
